Anytime a parent can take advantage of getting the little ones to participate in art inspired projects, it’s a win-win for the family. Thankfully, the Albright-Knox (AK) continues to roll out kid-friendly programs and initiatives, where the entire family can get involved. Now the AK is rolling out a brand new program, which they are calling $5 Family Funday.
On the second Sunday of each month—starting on Sunday, March 12—museum admission for the entire family is just $5, and includes an array of programming. (Regular parking rates apply.)
This is an incredible deal for so many reasons. The day is designed around kids and families. This gives the kids a place to call their own, filled with all sorts of workshops, activities, and things to see and do. It keeps the adults busy too, since they find themselves occupied by thoughtful scheduling that takes the pressure off to constantly find something new to do… all for $5!
Bring your family and make a day of it!
Most events are free with $5 Family Funday admission. The Storytime Family Workshop is $8 per child (and free for accompanying adults).
