Snow Roll Distillery Series

If you thought that the Slow Roll Buffalo series was hibernating, think again. The series continues to roll forth, with some special snowy winter events, including the Snow Roll Distillery Series. Now that Buffalo has a plethora of distilleries, it’s only natural to incorporate them into seasonal rides. When it comes to winter, what better way to warm up, than with a locally produced spirit?

All three distillery rides will feature a clothing drive. New socks and underwear top the list this year, but gently used clothing, hats and gloves, and other winter apparel are always welcome.

All of the rides will be held only if weather and safe riding conditions permit.

Join Slow Roll Buffalo on the following dates – meet at noon, roll at 12:30pm sharp, with food trucks onsite after each ride.

Saturday, December 17th – The Barrel Factory, 65 Vandalia St.

Saturday, January 28th – Buffalo Distilling Co., 860 Seneca St. – part of 3rd annual Larkinville Ice Fest

Sunday, February 26th – Niagara Distilling Company LLC: 1812 Vodka and Gin, 459 Ellicott St.

Buffalo Rising

Sometimes the authors at Buffalo Rising work on collaborative efforts in order to cover various events and stories. These posts can not be attributed to one single author, as it is a combined effort. Often times a formation of a post gets started by one writer and passed along to one or more writers before completion. At times there are author attributions at the end of one of these posts. Other times, “Buffalo Rising” is simply offered up as the creator of the article. In either case, the writing is original to Buffalo Rising.
