Do you, on occasion, fancy yourself as a comic book writer? Do you scribble figures throughout the course of the day? Do you imagine scenarios where your imaginary characters take on lives of their own? Did you ever think that all of this creative character building might lead to the day when you might write and/or draw a comic book? When it comes to the art of the comic book, there are a lot of people out there who have the ability to participate in creative exercises. Sometimes they just need encouragement. Other times, it’s easier to create fanciful works when you’re doing it along with others? In the end, those daily exercises that you have been working on might just need a little help from others, in order to create correlating storylines while further building out your characters.
Come engage with other relatively like minded people for an evening of comic book writing and appreciation.
On Tuesday, December 20, Cafféology will be hosting a Comic Book Writing Workshop. Everyone is welcome to come join in on the fun. Cafféology will even ensure that participants have access to things such as writing props, coffee, pencils, paper, comics, and other comic-related goodies.
The evening kicks off around 6pm, so try to get there somewhere around that time to share your thought, ideas, and get down to work.
