Community Beer Works Coming to NF

After several decades of sitting empty along one of Niagara’s busiest and most visible thoroughfares, 324 Niagara Street, is getting a new life thanks to a development partnership between Savarino Companies, Buffalove Development owned by Niagara Falls native Bernice Radle, and Community Beer Works. The group was selected by the City of Niagara Falls after responding to a RFP issued earlier this year for the property’s redevelopment.

The plan, announced earlier this morning, will feature a small scale brewing operation and tap room in the lower and first floors as well as recreational amenities on the 2nd floor. The proposed development is a part of a flurry of activity around the Third Street corridor where NF Art Alley, Third Street Retreat and Power City Eatery debuted earlier this year.
