Butter Block Pops Up @ Horsefeathers

If you’re out and about on the West Side today, be sure to check out the Horsefeathers Winter Market. When you are there, you will find that Butter Block, an artisanal bakery, has set up a pop-up shop in the former Nature’s Apothecary space. Apparently, if the pop-up location works well, Butter Block might consider setting up something more permanently.

In the meantime, the Nature’s Apothecary brand will be transitioned into the Rowhouse Bakery & Restaurant (coming soon) concept at The Midway on Delaware Avenue. So it looks like the shake-up has ended with everyone finding a home. Let’s just hope that Butter Block opts to stay at Horsefeathers beyond the pop-up stint. The bakery would be an incredible addition to the space, and would play off nicely with Nickel City Cheese & Mercantile/Lait Cru Brasserie.
