Well the Bills survived their first must win and although it was far from pretty, it WAS a win on the road. Injuries continue to play a major part in the season as it looks like they have now lost Robert Woods for a couple weeks.
Tyrod Taylor regressed badly and missed more wide open receivers throughout the day. Unfortunately, I think we have seen the ceiling of Tyrod in Seattle, and in most games we are going to get a far less impressive performance. When the defense plays as well as they did yesterday (especially in the 2nd half), your QB HAS to step up and make some plays.

I thought the two MVPs yesterday were Kyle Williams for getting constant push and Groy did a tremendous job filling in for the injured Eric Wood. Robert Woods was looking very solid until the injury and I still can’t figure out why Clay is not a bigger part of this offense (especially since there are such few weapons).
Buffalo held on by a thread all day but with Jacksonville coming to town next week, the season should still be meaningful heading into the month of December (how’s that for upbeat). It would be great to see what this team looks like fully healthy but I think we can all agree that no team ever has that benefit. A solid QB masks most injuries and it is very fortunate that the Bengals offense looked equally as bad as the Bills.
We should be getting a major update on Sammy tomorrow and if he is cleared to practice, that would certainly be a big boost to the offense. Buffalo is nowhere near good enough to overlook any team in the NFL so they better have their best game-face on for a Jacksonville team that I thought was going to be much better this year. Get a win and make the Raiders match-up the game of the year. These guys are a tough team to figure out but for now, the season lives on for at least another week.
