Fall Drop-in Classes with Free Soul Dance

A new series of dance classes is underway. Throughout the fall, dance instructor Kara Mann (Director and Founder of Free Soul Dance) will be teaching classes for adults – beginner level to advanced. Mann not only has a degree in Dance from UB, she has also been teaching on her own for over nine years. Her knowledge is vast, and she continues to share her love of dance and fitness with the WNY community. Mann is driven by her passion for dance, and her yearning to learn and teach. Fellow dance enthusiast Maria Provenzano says that when she thinks of Mann and her love of dance, the first thing that comes to mind is “Free your soul and dance! The name of the studio says it all.”
