Truck or Treat in Larkin Square

If you’re a fan of food trucks, and the Halloween season, then we’ve got the perfect event for you! It’s the annual Truck or Treat in Larkinville. Dozens of trucks from Buffalo and Rochester are expected to join in on the Halloween fun. The family friendly event is perfect for those who want to grab a great meal from their favorite food trucks, while ‘truck or treating’ at the same time. Each of the trucks will have candy and treats (and maybe some tricks) on hand for hungry and hankering masses of costumed kids and adults.

Aside from the food and the candy, the truck owners will compete in a pumpkin carving contest to see who has the best knife skills and imaginations. Get ready for some live music too!

  • Local Grateful Dead tribute band – Workingman’s Dead
  • The Stamplickers – fronted by Amy’s Truck owner Amanda Amico

“We’re thrilled to again get into Halloween spirit with the food trucks and community this year,” said Larkin Square Director of Fun Leslie Zemsky. “We’ll be keeping an eye on our life-sized caricatures of the late pioneers John Larkin and Darwin Martin, in case they come back to life to join the fun!”
