Buffalo United Martial Arts (BUMA) was honored to host Muay Thai legend Ajarn Chai this past weekend on August 27th and 28th for a two day seminar at RiverWorks. Ajarn Chai has been teaching Muay Thai in the US since 1968 with his main focus on teaching “the discipline” of the art.
Participants of the art learn respect and develop character through the practice of Muay Thai. Ajarn Chai donated a generous portion of the proceeds of the seminar to Muay Thai youth development programs here in the Buffalo area. The money will go toward helping the kids learn discipline and respect, with the goal of developing youth with strong character through the art.
