Big Big Beer Bash to Raise Capital for Big Big Table

The community will soon come together to help raise funds for Big Big Table – a pay-as-you-can community café that is anticipated to open in 2017. Big Big Table is part of an even larger national movement called One World Everybody Eats.

The premise behind the café is to create a place where everyone has the opportunity to eat (lunch), including those who are less fortunate. This is the type of place where everyone is welcome, no matter their walk of life.

Volunteer opportunities will also be available for those who might be down on their luck. These opportunities are offered as a job training initiative, to give people the tools that they need to succeed in life.

The café environment is all about healthy eating, inclusivity, and providing meals to anyone who is hungry.

Everybody eats. Everybody gives. Everybody matters.

In order to get this non-profit initiative underway, founder and chef Mandy Bailey is looking to raise $55,000 to get the project off the ground. The upcoming fundraising event, being held at Resurgence Brewery, is only one piece of the fundraising puzzle. With a board of directors now in place, Bailey feels confident that it’s the perfect time to embark upon such an important mission.

WNY’s first Community Café.

Now it’s time for the community to get behind this inspirational initiative. Big Big Table – where everyone eats together.
