McGuire Development Company’s 665 Main Street is now fully leased. The final 11,376 sq. ft. of space has been claimed by law firm Goldberg Segalla. The law firm is expanding its presence within the building, bringing its total footprint to 61,376 sq. ft., which includes the second, third and fourth floors. The leasing arrangement was made possible thanks to a consolidation by the law firm – a move that brings 60 additional employees into the downtown business corridor.
“I’m thrilled that the success of Goldberg Segalla has resulted in the firm leasing the remaining space within the building. It’s stories like this that add to the success of the Buffalo-Niagara region,” said Jim Dentinger, president at McGuire Development Company.
“It’s great to have our entire Western New York team here under one roof,” said Goldberg Segalla Managing Partner Richard J. Cohen, “We also have some exciting renovations underway, which are focused on something that’s really important to us: team collaboration. There’s no doubt we will continue to benefit from having all of our local employees in the same office.”
Aside form tremendous local growth, Goldberg Segalla has opened five other offices in three states since the first of the year.
