The 36th running of the Subaru Buffalo 4 Mile Chase

Another big running race is coming up in Buffalo next week. The Subaru Buffalo 4 Mile Chase is one of the biggest, and most challenging races of the year. That’s because the competition is fierce. Unlike the Corporate Challenge, this race attracts runners from all 50 states and 25 countries. Many of the runners are on a circuit, traveling from city to city to compete for top cash prizes. There are also awards handed out for various age brackets, youth through Masters.

The Subaru Buffalo 4 Mile Chase takes place right in the heart of the Elmwood Village, and features a pre-race party that kicks off at 5pm. The party runs through the evening with free food and refreshments for the runners. Bidwell Parkway is the perfect place to show off Buffalo, its Olmsted park system, restaurants and boutiques, and all of the rest of the charming aspects associated with charming city living.
