Patina 250 is currently hiring. Patina 250 is the highly anticipated ‘Neapolitan inspired Italian’ restaurant slated to open at 250 Delaware Avenue this September. The restaurant will be headed up by Chef Homer Ford, who has returned to Buffalo after spending six years in NYC.
According to the Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group, the establishment will open with a “…casually sophisticated, glowing, lounge-like atmosphere, offering a variety of areas to enjoy small bites, craft cocktails or a full dining experience.”
An inside look: Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ Westin Buffalo will occupy the first five floors of the new building and feature a separate entrance and lobby on Delaware Avenue. It will be owned and operated by Delaware North and feature 118 guest rooms, 4,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting facilities, a “Neapolitan inspired Italian” restaurant operated by Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group, and all the Westin brand’s signature services and amenities, except a pool.
The restaurant group is looking to hire employees that are versed in catering, serving, bartending and hosting. Other jobs needed to be filled include café attendants, line cooks, and porters. There are also managerial opportunities available.
Seeing that Delaware North’s Global Headquarters are located in Buffalo, at 250 Delaware Avenue, these should be considered jobs that could potentially open additional professional doors in the future.
Patina 250 will offer refined, regional cuisine with a devotion to wood-fired cooking. For private events, the intimate private dining room comes complete with luxurious finishes, next to our exposed wine cellar.
Patina 250 will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant will also offer around the clock in-room dining for guests of the hotel.
The restaurant is going to be a stellar, high profile addition to Downtown Buffalo, located in the new Westin Buffalo. 250 Delaware Avenue is a 12-storey, $110 million building, situated at the corner of Delaware and Chippewa.
