Ellicott Development is building nine additional townhouses at its Waterfront Place project along Ojibwa Circle. According to signage at the site, five of the units are pre-sold prior to completion.
Designed by AP Architects, the residences feature two floor plans: A two-bedroom and 2-1/2 bath unit with 2,890 sq.ft. of living space and a three-bedroom layout with 2-1/2 baths and study with 3,451 square feet. Units feature open floor plans, spacious bedrooms, walk-in closets, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, breakfast area, great room with fireplace, and ground floor storage/laundry/mechanical room adjacent to a two-car garage.
Hardwood flooring is featured throughout the main living areas, porcelain tile in the bathrooms, and wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen includes custom cabinets with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The upper levels have 8′ high, solid core interior doors. The master bedroom includes a whirlpool tub, steamer shower, and fireplace.
Private terrace areas accessed off the ground and main living levels provide for outdoor living spaces, complete with a view of a landscaped park area and the downtown skyline.
Prices are expected to be in the $500,000 to $650,000 range.
