Outspoken in Buffalo: WORDISM & Pure Ink Poetry

For all of the live poetry readers, lyricists, impromptu wordsmiths, spoken word warriors and open mic masters, the stand up scene is bigger and better than ever.

Coming up, there are a number of ways to participate in/attend spoken word events in Buffalo, including WORDISM and The Pure Ink Poetry Slam, which are both impressive takes on bringing the art of poetry and spoken word to public venues throughout the city.

Showcasing Pure Ink Poetry Slam Winners as they compete to become the top 5 poets of the night. The top 5 poets will become the 2016 Pure Ink Poetry National Slam Team. Enjoy a night of poetry, music, food, raffles and entertainment. Admission is only $10 and there will be a 50/50 raffle.
