Bike or Bar is celebrating its Four Year Anniversary by brining in a celebrity fitness guru by the name of Keith Thompson. Thompson is the founder of KTX Fitness, a different approach to step and cycling classes. Thompson has become a household name after he lost 70 pounds after participating in step classes, once everything else he tried failed to work. Instead of following the same old routine, Thompson began to carve out his own workout system, which he eventually began to share with others. Before long, Thompson and his KTX Fitness brand (Rock The Bike Fitness Party) became an overnight sensation in person and online – his rockin’ workout routines went viral, with millions of viewers tuning in.
