The area’s largest indoor community celebration is scheduled to take place at the Tri-Main Center this Saturday, March 12, from 11am to 4pm. The day-long affair will feature food, games, entertainment and a marketplace. The massive venue is perfectly suited for this type of celebration. With so many unique and fascinating tenants inside the 600,000 square foot complex, there’s going to be plenty to see and do, including:
- University at Buffalo’s a cappella groups Buffalo Chips & Royal Pitches
- Buffalo City Ballet
- An Aspire dance party.
- Chalk-walkway to decorate
- Locally produced video games created by Buffalo Game Space to play
- A hockey slap shot competition
The festival is family friendly, so bring the kids along.
Admission is FREE. Available for purchase are food & game tickets with proceeds benefiting Aspire of WNY, one of Tri-Main’s longest standing tenants. Aspire of WNY has been a leader in providing innovative, person-centered programs and services for children and adults with developmental and other disabilities for nearly 70 years.
