Back on the Market: 1469 Niagara Street

Looking to get in on the Niagara Street rebirth? The four-story building at 1469 Niagara Street is for sale with a $479,000 asking price. The building was purchased last June by 623 West LLC for $130,000. Kevin Myszka, a principal with Regency Builders, started renovation work on the building but has apparently had a change in plans.
