Spotlyte Series – A collaborative effort to shed a light on Buffalo Culture

Anthony Graziano (Graziano Entertainment) and the Jacebeats have created a “Spotlyte Series” that features some of the area’s best performers. The upcoming setting for the first installation of the series is Milkie’s on Elmwood, a music venue that has been growing in popularity for its diverse appeal.

Spotlyte Series celebrates the beginning of something great – Spotlyte is a collaborative effort to shed a light on the amazing culture and arts Buffalo has to offer.

On March 18, Spotlyte will feature the works of Saint Opal, Rese Young, and DJ Trappy Gilmore:

House DJ for the night is Christian Martinez aka Trappy Gilmore. You know this dude kills it, enough said.

Rese Dyly Young – Rese is an emcee on the rise in Buffalo right now. Rese has also informed Spotlyte that he has a live band to back him up. Excited? Hell yea. And he’s a pure lyricist to say the least. You can check out his music at soundcloud.com/reseyoung.

Saint Opal & Friends – Another artist currently emerging and gaining tons of momentum in Buffalo right now is Saint opal. Simply put she’s a combo of great song writing and an even better voice. Saint Opal will be including a few surprise guests in her set. To listen to some of Saint Opal’s music go to soundcloud.com/saintopal.

Pre-sale tickets can be bought from any of the artists/dj or by contacting Graziano Entertainment. Online tickets can be purchased at spotlyte.brownpapertickets.com. Also see Facebook event page.

Buffalo Rising

Sometimes the authors at Buffalo Rising work on collaborative efforts in order to cover various events and stories. These posts can not be attributed to one single author, as it is a combined effort. Often times a formation of a post gets started by one writer and passed along to one or more writers before completion. At times there are author attributions at the end of one of these posts. Other times, “Buffalo Rising” is simply offered up as the creator of the article. In either case, the writing is original to Buffalo Rising.
