Done Deal: Sinatra Finalizes Elmwood/Hodge Purchase

Sinatra & Company Real Estate has closed on the purchase of the Casa-di-Pizza property at 471 Elmwood Avenue. Sinatra paid $1.25 million for the site.

The property figures prominently in the company’s proposal to redevelop Kaleida Health’s Children’s Hospital properties east of the site. According to Sinatra’s plan, the Casa-di-Pizza property would be demolished and replaced with a four-story building anchored by a Dash’s Market and residential space.
