On Sunday, March 6, The Buffalo History Museum will get underway with it Behind the Screen program. The first guest to appear is WNY native William Fichtner, who has appeared in films that include Lone Ranger, Armageddon, Black Hawk Down, and The Perfect Storm.
Fichter still maintains strong roots in Buffalo, and was recently featured on BRO when he lent his support to the Museum of disABILITY History (see here).
The Behind the Screen program will include an on-stage interview by Jeff Simon, The Buffalo News Arts & Books Editor and Film Critic. Cindy Abbott Letro, chair of the Buffalo-Niagara Film Commission, will monitor the discussion. As an added bonus, a display of the actor’s person collections, including costumes, posters, photos and scripts, will be on view at the event.
