On Sunday, September 13, yoga enthusiasts will gather at Canalside for the second annual Budding Tree Yoga Festival. The free event is a way for yoga lovers of all ages and abilities to unite at the waterfront – it’s a splendid sight to see hundreds of yogis, en mass, teaching, sharing and learning how to live a healthy lifestyle.
The event will feature various workshops and classes, all taught by instructors from myriad studios throughout the region. Aside from yoga, there will be health and wellness workshops that include Intro to Hoop Dance. Participants can expect a full day of live music, a health related marketplace, and hand made crafts from local artists and artisans.
