The Iron Event – Buffalo’s Best Culinary Showdown

On September 14, a host of Buffalo’s hottest chefs are coming together to whip up a culinary storm, all in the name of combatting ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). The annual event is organized by Daniel Tracy – a chef who diagnosed with the disease in 2010. Since that time Daniel has been dedicating his efforts to doing what he does best – preparing delectable food, via the unwavering help of dedicated chef friends who have rallied behind his cause each year.

As you can see (check out the posted below), the showing of culinary talents is unparalleled in Buffalo. Guests to The Iron Event will not only be able to experience ridiculously delicious creations, they will also rest easy knowing that their attendance ensures that funds roll in for the cause.

Come enjoy some live music, craft cocktails, and myriad chef delights that represent the best that Buffalo has to offer.
