With SolarCity expected to bring supply chain companies to the area and industrial space vacancies extremely low, Ellicott Development is planning a spec building at 246 Dingens Street. The 100,000 sq.ft. building would occupy a 4.32 acre site at the entrance to the New Buffalo Industrial Park at Dingens and James E. Casey Drive according to Buffalo Business First.
According to CBRE Buffalo, the local market’s industrial space vacancy rate is a paltry 4.5 percent.
Ellicott will be seeking industrial, distributuion and/or light manufacturing tenants for the building.
