Presto Comedy Open Mic

Have you ever considered stepping in front of a crowd of people to perform comedy, but the thought of doing so in a big club atmosphere was just too daunting? Or maybe you’re not at the caliber to join the professionals and you’ve been looking for a place to get your feet wet?

Every Wednesday evening, Presto! on Allen Street hosts a Comedy Open Mic, where a gaggle of comedians come together to perform their routines in front of other comedians who are waiting to take the “stage”. It’s a great way to get your “yuck-yucks”, out in a low pressure atmosphere where everyone is there to cheer you on. Everyone is welcome, no matter ability or age, as humor and talent is often in the ears of the beholder.

Presto Comedy Open Mic

Mondays | 7PM-9PM | 59 Allen Street, 14202 | Corner of Allen & Franklin | Free | Kitchen open until 8pm, beverages and counter snacks available till 9pm | Under 21 welcome | See Facebook for details
