The Allentown Art Festival is coming up this weekend. After an explosive Pride week, Allentown is once again going to showcase the best of the district by presenting over 400 juried exhibitors. Every summer, during the festival, Allentown residents use the festival as an excuse to show off their awesome neighborhood. With thousands upon thousands of visitors flocking to the district, homes and gardens along each side street are spiffed up to look their best.
Call your friends and have them meet you at The Hamlin House on Franklin, or at Fat Bob’s on Virginia Place, or at any of the other incredible bars and restaurants that are located within the borders of the festival. The festival is all about the artists and the artisans, but it’s also about enjoying the neighborhood that hosts them each and every year.
