H.E.A.L. BFLO I was such as hit that organizers are gearing up for the next installment of the all-day indoor/outdoor YOGA retreat. This type of retreat is a great way to immerse oneself into the art of healing. Think of it as a spiritual cleanse of the body, mind and soul. The upcoming session is scheduled to take place at the Delaware Park Marcy Casino, which is a spiritual destination in itself.

H.E.A.L BFLO co-creators Jocelyn Kowalczyk and Cheryl Scheff invite you to attend a full day of adult yoga classes and workshops on the first floor of the casino, featuring live music, complimentary lunch and a special takeaway gift bag ($60). The event takes place from 11am to 6pm. Bring your own matt.

At the same time, the top floor of the casino will be dedicated to the kids, where they will be able to practice/learn yoga, attend an art class, listen to music, enjoy a complimentary lunch, and a snag a gift bag before the day is over ($20). The event is aimed at children ages 4-12 years old.

Both events take place from 11am-6pm. Click here to see a breakdown of the program.

During the yoga retreat, there will be a number of other local artists and businesses set up around the casino, all of which share commonalities when it comes to living a healthy and wholesome lifestyle. The outdoor activities, including live music, local food and artists, and live music, are free and open to the public.

10% of the profit generated from the day’s events and activities will be earmarked to help build a yoga/meditation room at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
