The Buffalo Wing Is In Good Company These Days

National Geographic has named the Top Ten Food Cities, and Buffalo is included in the rankings – although it’s not exactly what it seems.

In all actuality, National Geographic has listed the top ten cities that have produced a certain delicacy that has made the respective city synonymous with the cuisine. Take, the Buffalo wing for example. The Buffalo wing has become a staple in the American diet, and has also become a calling card for this city. From Super Bowl viewings to WingFest, the Buffalo wing has joined the ranks of pizza as one of this country’s favorite guilty pleasure foods.
