The first glass has been installed at 250 Delaware that’s taking shape at the northwest corner of Delaware and W. Chippewa. Uniland Development Company’s $110 million mixed-use complex is scheduled to open this fall.
The 12-story complex will contain 193,000 sq.ft of office space, a 120 room hotel that’s expected to be a Westin, 18,000 sq.ft. of retail space along Delaware Avenue, Chippewa and S. Elmwood, and 593 parking spaces in a parking ramp and under the building.
The building, designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects and HHL Architects, will be anchored by Delaware North.
