Buffalo Melting Point Opts for Gallery Space

Sometimes things don’t go exactly according to plan. A few weeks ago we learned that Crust Pizza was going to be expanding into the College Street Gallery space directly next door (see here). That plan never came to fruition, and in the process, Crust ended up closing its doors.

In an interesting twist, a door was left open for Buffalo Melting Point to snap up the gallery space for itself. Now instead of an expanded pizza operation, Allentonians will find a heightened grilled cheese experience.

Buffalo Melting Point serves up creative and delicious grilled cheese, that’s for sure. Unfortunately the business has been limited to a very small space on Allen. The expanded presence will allow for some much needed seating for the restaurant, which is great because the owners have cultivated a devoted following of customers who can’t get enough of their cheesy concoctions.
