Pints & Pierogi with Cole’s, Ru’s & Resurgence

On Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 4:00pm-8:00pm, three unique local businesses are teaming up to host an event at the Marcy Casino in Delaware Park. One of the stars of the show is Ru’s Pierogi, a company that is planning on opening a production facility at 295 Niagara Street in 2016. Ru’s Pierogi will be adding to the resurgence of Niagara Street, and joining myriad other notable businesses that are discovering the street’s potential.

Joining Ru’s Pierogi at the Delaware Park casino is another formidable Niagara Street business – Resurgence Brewery. The two businesses are out to show exactly what they can do when teaming together to whip up and serve locally made brews and pierogi.

Cole’s Restaurant & Bar will be joining Ru’s and Resurgence, to host the first ever Pints & Pierogi tasting party.

The event will feature the following locally brewed craft beers: Bridge Kolsch, Peanut Butter Porter, Oktoberfest and a flagship Resurgence IPA.

Guests will be able to sample these impeccable Resurgence craft beers while feasting on the following Ru’s pierogi offerings: Banana Pepper & Cheese, Sauerkraut with Kielbasa & Bacon, BBQ Pulled Pork, Roasted Red Pepper & Blue Crab with Garlic & Chives, Bacon Cheeseburger and the award-winning Buffalo Chicken.

*Tickets can be purchased for $20 at the door. The $20 goes toward tickets good for purchasing pierogi and 12oz. beer samples. There will also be live music at the event. The event is 21 and over. RSVP for Pints & Pierogi and get more information at
