The Big Ditch Story (so far)…

Videographer Pat DePuy has put together another incredible visual inside look into one of the city’s newest breweries-to-be. This time Pat is showing us around Big Ditch, which is scheduled to open very soon. Big Ditch is currently brewing small batches of beer for a few lucky local favorites, and will soon be serving up its craft beers to an eagerly awaiting downtown crowd (eight beers on tap to start). The brewery also plans on opening an on-premise tap room, which should be a huge hit in this rapidly transforming neighborhood.

It’s a fascinating story about two young Buffalo brewers, and their trip from a simple garage to a tricked out brewery. I sat on my roof with these guys a couple of years ago and tried their beers. At the time, they were big dreamers who talked about a day when all of this would come to fruition. Well, that day is almost here my friends. Good job!
