Ambush #24: Two Year Anniversary Party

With two years and 23 “episodes” under its belt, Buffalo’s alternative event series, Ambush, is amped up to celebrate its unprecedented outings around town. Ambush was originally created as a way for the lesbian community to meet up at straight bars around town. Since its inception, the monthly meet-ups have remained strong, and have attracted an array of supporters of the alternative lifestyle.

Not only has the lesbian community flourished in this capacity, the host bars have also seen an uptick in business. It’s a win-win for the lesbian and the bar scene.

Now Ambush is organizing a celebratory event at Hot Mama’s Canteen that welcomes all supporters of the Ambush movement for an evening of incredible drinks and music. It’s time to toast to two year, and hopefully many more to come.

On Friday, October 17, 2104 at 5:30pm, make a trip to Hot Mama’s Canteen (12 Military Rd, Buffalo) to show your support for Ambush. Check out one of the city’s newest bars, and get down with some music by DJ Milk.

Visit the Facebook event for details.
