Big Deal: Sinatra Purchases 329 Franklin Street

Sinatra & Company Realty has expanded its downtown holdings.  Sinatra’s BN Medical Campus Rental Group LLC purchased a four-story apartment building at 329 Franklin Street from Franklin Associates Management Co. LLC for $945,000, just under the $995,000 asking price.  Realty USA Commercial had the listing.

The twelve-unit apartment building has 10,400 sq.ft. of space and includes an adjacent parking lot that holds 12 vehicles.  It was built in 1892.

Sinatra & Co. Realty has been on a buying spree as of late, with many of the most recent purchases in the Main Street/Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus corridor.  The company was selected to purchase the Market Arcade complex from the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency for $1.4 million.  Sinatra will relocate its corporate offices to the complex that will see interior and exterior improvements (below).

In April, Nick Sinatra and Matt Connors purchased the historic Phoenix Brewing Building at 835 Washington Street $1.785 million.  Up to 40 upscale apartments and commercial space are planned for the property.  The duo recently teamed up with Daniel Lewis and announced that ten percent of the monthly profits from the building will be donated to the Say Yes Buffalo Scholarship Fund.

Sinatra is also currently upgrading The Wayne Apartments at 1106-1110 Main Street and is one of three bidders for the Market Arcade Cinema complex.
