24 Hours In Buffalo With Chris Hawley

With CNU upon us, Design Sponge has featured a write-up that recounts a day in the life of urban planner Chris Hawley (on bike no less). For anyone looking to take a page from Hawley’s book, you better start getting into cycling shape. In the post, Buffalo expat Maxwell Tielman (son of Tim Tielman) follows Hawley on a cross town trek that takes readers from Five Points to Larkinville, and then back to catch a show at the North Park Theatre, with lots of stops along the way.

For anyone who is looking for a crash course on myriad modern day Buffalo-centric destinations, the journey is a fun roadmap to follow. As for people visiting the CNU conference, the map is a fun slice of life that will leave you happy, knowing that you got the inside scoop when it comes to checking out the underbelly of Buffalo.
