Starting this Tuesday, scooter riders are invited to meet up at The Buffalo Scooter Company (BSC) and take a group ride to Larkinville for the Food Truck Tuesdays gathering. The short all-urban ride is designed for riders with scooters 50cc and up, which means that it’s not a fast pace, and there are no highways involved. Each week, the BSC plans on organizing a ride, in order to bring the local scooter community together for some fun in the sun.
Once at Larkinville, scooter owners will be able to grab some food, hang out and socialize, listen to some live music, play pickle ball, or do whatever it is that Larkin Square has to offer from week to week. Scooters meet at 5:30pm at the BSC headquarters each week, until the Food Truck Tuesdays series is wrapped up at the end of the season. “Everybody loves the group scooter rides,” Jeff Russo, owner of The Buffalo Scooter Company, told me. “This is our fourth year doing this, and we’re excited about making the ride an easy and fun trek to Larkinville each week – all scooters are welcome.”
The rides are weather dependent, so if it looks like it’s going to rain, the ride will most likely not take place. See you this coming Tuesday at 5:30pm!
