On the afternoon of Saturday, April 26, several of Buffalo’s artists will open their studio doors for guests to explore their workspaces and their art. The Louisiana-Exchange Open Studios event will take place from noon to 6 p.m. at two different locations in the Larkin District and the First Ward.
225 Louisiana Street will feature work in a variety of mediums, including wheatpaste, sculpture, photography, mixed media and installation work, by the following artists:

- Marissa Lehner
- Frederick Mount
- Gary Sczerbaniewicz
567 Exchange Street will feature the following artists on multiple floors:
- Suite 306: OGRE (drawing, painting, mixed media)
- Suite 303: Joel Brenden, Anne Muntges, and Adam Weekley (drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media)
- Suite 209 A: Chuck Tingley, Rich Tomasello (drawing, painting, mixed media)
- Suite 302: Charlie Ertel (painting, screen printing)
- Suite 207: Matthew John Pasquarella (painting)
- Suite 205: Tom Sandner (photography)
- Suite 305: Philip Kuznicki (collage, shadow boxes)
- Suite 104: Studio 33 Design Concepts Gioeli, Straford & Caruso
- Suite 210: WEBB Exchange (antiques, modern art & decorative furnishings)
Visitors will be able to purchase art at the event. An after-party will take place at 6 p.m. at Tingley/Tomasello Studios (Second floor of 567 Exchange Street) as a send-off for former Buffalo Arts Studio E.D. Cori Wolff and artist Matt Grote, who are Cincinnati bound.
