First Look: Resurgence Brewing Company

Last September I wrote about a new brewery slated to open on Niagara Street (see here). Since that time, Jeff Ware, owner of Resurgence Brewery, has been busy putting together a beer experience that he feels Buffalo has been clamoring for.

Well, as luck would have it, videographer Pat DePuy has created an informative video that shows us exactly what Resurgence is up to – from the initial beer releases to the layout of the pub, the banquet hall and beer garden. “There’s a reason that our buffalo [logo] has four horns,” Jeff states in the video. “It’s an angry Buffalo that’s saying ‘We’re ready to roll.’ We’re not that doofy buffalo that’s been kicked around for 50 years.”
