Two Allentown buildings are getting tenants.
Raymond James & Associates has taken the first floor of Twain Tower, a recently-completed mixed-use development at 468 Delaware constructed by Scott Croce – Erie County Chiropractic be a tenant.
Croce’s development consists of nine apartments plus office space in an ‘L’ shaped building constructed at the northwest corner of Delaware Avenue and Virginia Street. Three additional apartments were created in a restored, historic rear carriage house.
Croce, a chiropractor, moved his office to the third floor of the building. Raymond James & Associates, a financial planning firm with several local offices, has leased the first floor of the building. The Frizlen Group is project architect.
A bit north, Tim Horton’s and Cold Stone appear nearly ready to open at 537 Delaware.
Closer to Allen Street, Tim Hortons and Cold Stone will be opening in a former Arby’s restaurant. The new Tim Hortons will have the chain’s new café format with armchairs and flat screen TVs.
