Sinatra Bringing 27 Employees Downtown with Arcade Purchase

The Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency has accepted Sinatra & Company Real Estate’s offer to purchase the Market Arcade complex in the Theater District for $1.4 million.  The Buffalo Common Council must still sign-off on the deal.  Sinatra

Sinatra and Company has been focusing its attention in the Elmwood Village, its Fenton Village project at Main and Ferry, and surrounding the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus where it is rehabbing a pair of apartment buildings at 1106-1110 Main Street and is planning a $4 million mixed-use building on the Medical Campus.

This marks the company’s first foray into downtown which it says is “ripe for investment.”

“Sinatra and Company Real Estate looks forward to moving its national headquarters to the 600 block of Main Street in the heart of the new Buffalo. We have already invested over $20 million into the City of Buffalo and have plans to invest millions more over the coming years,” says Founder and President, Nick Sinatra.

As part of the company’s relocation to the Market Arcade, it will bring all of its 27 employees into a newly renovated 8,000 sq.ft. space on the upper floors.

Sinatra plans to work with the existing tenants to fortify them for the long term.  The building boasts strong tenants such as Flynn Battaglia Architects, the Buffalo Niagara Visitors and Convention Bureau, Preservation Buffalo Niagara, Perfetto Restaurant, Clinton Brown Architects, CEPA Gallery, Mazurek’s Bakery, and others.

Sinatra and Company believes in making a positive impact in the community beyond just making profits. We are a community redevelopment company with a big heart for WNY and for Buffalo.

“This project adds to the existing portfolio, which invests in the New Buffalo. We are committed to being in the center of the current and future development of this city–both with our new investments and now our headquarters,” says Sinatra

Since 2009, Sinatra & Company Real Estate has invested over $100 million in real estate in Western New York and Southern California, which includes funding from Colony Capital, the Pritzker/Vlock Family Office, as well as local and regional New York banks.

Today, in addition to its investment and development arms, Sinatra & Company is a full-service real estate firm providing brokerage services for buyers and sellers, property management and apartment rentals for its clients in the WNY area.
