Recovering perfectionist…my ass! Maria Pascucci at TEDxBuffaloWomen

What’s it like to be a rising woman leader? That’s a question that I can’t answer, but there is one person that can. Maria Pascucci recently spoke at the TEDxBuffalo Women conference, where she spilled her guts regarding what it takes to live a life in the pursuit of perfection. Mind you that I am not talking about being a high achiever… there’s a big difference between striving to be perfect and being a high achiever. Maria is here (see Tedx video below) to inform you about the difference between the two, and offers up some advice that all women (and even guys too) can take along with them on the oft-bumpy ride/journey that we call “life”.
