MiA sees sunnier days ahead

Here’s an earnest “Thank You” to any and all that recently helped the Music is Art (MiA) festival during a recent funding drive that was designed as a way to bail out the event from an unprecedented “wash out” in 2013. It has just been announced the the public has successfully helped to raise the $15,000 that the festival needed in order to recoup from the virtually rained out 11th annual festival. That means that the festival organizers are back on track to deliver another explosive festival in 2014.

The online funding initiative was launched in October of 2013. You can learn more about the effort here.
