BRO Holiday Gift Guide: Hyatt’s All Things Creative

If you thought that Hyatt’s was just an art supply store, you may want to pay the place a visit this holiday season to see what else they have in store. Recently, Hyatt’s has been adding a lot of items to their inventory that are designed to be great gifts for anyone. Where else are you going to find Rudy the Tikihead tissue box cover? Rudy sells for $19.95, and is not a cheap plastic-looking gadget. The tissue dispenser is a solid present for anyone who tends to have a runny nose and constantly buys dorky-looking tissue boxes that they leave all over the house.

Hyatt’s is also stocking the vibrant Pantone Universe color swatch line of home accessories, featuring a toothbrush set ($9.95 set of five), coffee mugs ($15.95 each), and coat hangers ($10 each). For the artist on your holiday list, remember that Hyatt’s has a bunch of artsy products that will help you to no end, so that you don’t have resort to the stand-by brushes and sketch pads again (though they have those too). The store is jam packed with all sorts of fun and clever gift ideas. I found it interesting that Hyatt’s is one of the largest distributors of Pantone products in the country… who knew?

After you’ve picked up all of your creative gifts, take a short walk down the street to Coco Bar & Bistro for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious, and has a following of food lovers that keep coming back for reasons ranging from atmosphere to yummy food (see BRO article).
