These days, being green goes well beyond recycling and riding bikes. Being a business or a homeowner, there are plenty of ways that we can implement green living features into our lives. The only problem is, where do we learn about these types of endeavors?
In order to see more projects to fruition, we must be able to have green pioneers lead the way when it comes to educating more people on the various topics of sustainability. Fortunately, The WNY Sustainable Energy Association is always looking for opportunities to get the community onboard with ways to make the green process less intimidating.
On Tuesday December 3rd at 7pm, WNYSEA is presenting part of a speaker series titled, “50 Shades of Green: Green Roofs, Walls and Homes”. The speaking engagement is the first step in learning about where to start the process, and what other steps must be anticipated once a project is underway.
