The new owners of The Dun Building are looking for a tenant for the historic building’s lower level. The 3,583 sq.ft. space at 110 Pearl Street is being marketed as a prime restaurant opportunity. CBRE|Buffalo is listing the space.
The Dun Building’s lower level features exposed brick and steel beams, a long bar, kitchen, and booth seating under an alcove. It is located within walking distance of many downtown office buildings, restaurants, Coca-Cola Field, First Niagara Center and Canalside.
The ten-story building was purchased in June by, 110 Pearl LLC, headed by Paul Kolkmeyer and Greg Suffoletto. It is named for R.G. Dun & Co., a financial services firm that was the predecessor to the Dun & Bradstreet Company. Architects E.B. Green and William Wicks designed the neoclassical building.
A mix of office tenants occupies all other floors of the 27,265 property. The building owners would also consider leasing the lower level as office space or other retail uses.
