Buffalo Walks Tour: Graystone Hotel

One of the city’s most anticipated building renovations will soon be open for tour viewings. On Saturday, October 12, 2013 Buffalo Walks Tour will be touring the Italian Renaissance style The Graystone Hotel, giving visitors an initial look into the historic structure, and its new lease on life.

Originally known as the Berkeley Apartments, the reinforced concrete building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987, is soon to be a mixed use of 42 market-rate apartments and commercial space (learn more). The upcoming tour will give prospective tenants and architecture buffs the ability to see the work first hand.

The tour begins promptly at 10:30am. For more information: www.workingfordowntown.org or call (716) 854.2314
