Buffalo’s Young Preservationists will be helping another building in need, this time in Buffalo’s newest and first east side historic district. Come out and lend a hand as BYP aids this 1926 storefront/apartment building at 321 East Delavan Avenue. Work includes cleaning out the interior, clearing debris and mowing the large backyard, and painting the boarded windows to give it some curb appeal as the owner works on financing for a new restaurant in the building. The event takes place this Saturday, September 14th from 10am to 2pm. BYP has once again partnered with the University Heights Tool Library as they have graciously offered use of their tools for the event. To RSVP to this event you can join on Facebook by going to the event page here or send an email to bypteam@gmail.com
