Join us, on a trip down “Buffalo Niagara Street…”

Recently, The Partnership released its Buy Local video with the intention that the animated work will take on a viral nature and will get businesses thinking about the real benefits of purchasing in Buffalo whenever they can.

Along with the video, The Partnership also sent along a list of local businesses that are up to the challenge of sourcing locally. In return, these companies can expect to “retain high quality products and services, have shorter supply chains, and ultimately get better customer service.” – ThePartnership.org/BuyLocal

“In 2011, our region spent $68.4 billion on imports. If businesses had shifted just 1% of their spending to locally sourced products and services, nearly $700 million could have been reinvested into our region’s economy.” – The Partnership

Buffalo Niagara employers that have already completed the challenge include:

Avanti Advanced Manufacturing Corporation
Brompton Heights, Inc.
