The Buffalo Club expands along Elmwood Avenue

It’s hard to miss the new 16,000 sq.’ addition to The Buffalo Club that is currently being built along Elmwood Avenue.

The club is busy adding a number of athletic amenities to its regiment. A few of the features include a new doubles squash court and four hotel rooms for visiting reciprocal members/guests to the club. There will also be meeting rooms and locker facilities within the addition. The completion date for phase one of the project is Labor Day, with the rest of the build-out wrapping up by the end of the year.

Along with the aforementioned work, the club is in the process of updating its swimming pool room by constructing a new roof with skylights. The combined expansion and other improvements puts the project at an $8+ million dollar price tag.
