It’s hard to believe that Art Alive is coming up again so soon. To me, the Art Alive event is one of the most memorable ways to kick off the summer, with a walk around the grounds at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in search of all of the living 3-dimensional works of art assembled together by community groups, school groups, organizations, families, and individuals. It’s a living art contest that can be viewed from noon to 2pm on the lawn surrounding the steps leading from Lincoln Parkway (overlooking Gala Waters aka Hoyt Lake).
